Frequently asked questions
If your question isn't here, just write us at [email protected]. We reply within one working day.
With a working session in your environment. We agree the scope of a first cohort, configure the scenario to your programme, and stay close during the first turns so the instructor team builds confidence with the platform. Terms (length, seat count, support level) are tailored to each programme and discussed directly with the team.
Per student, per term, with volume tiers. Universities running an annual cohort pay less per seat than one-off training programmes. Hotel chains running internal academies negotiate institutional licenses. Exact figures depend on cohort size and language scope. We send a quote within one working day after the demo.
No minimum for the pilot. For paid use, the simulator is competitive from groups of 8 students upwards (the multi-team competitive engine needs at least three hotels to feel right).
Under 30 minutes for a first-time professor. The instructor console has presets for the typical scenarios (urban business, leisure resort, conference hotel, low-season recovery). Most professors clone a preset, tweak two or three knobs, invite their roster, and they're done.
Yes. We support LTI 1.3, so students launch the simulator from inside their LMS without a separate login, and grades flow back to the gradebook automatically. Tested with Canvas, Moodle and Blackboard; other LTI 1.3 platforms also work.
Yes. Every decision is timestamped and traceable per student, and the auto-debrief produces an instructor-ready summary at the end of each turn. You can grade by individual contribution rather than by team outcome.
Fully. You can adjust seasonality, market demand, parity regime, location premium, recession intensity, FX, and inject custom events (trade fair, weather disruption, quality shock on a specific hotel) for any day window. Save your tuning as a reusable scenario for next year.
Yes. The interface is mobile-friendly, including pricing and the dashboard. For decision-heavy tasks (forecast worksheet, group quote analysis) we recommend a tablet or laptop, but the student can review and react from a phone between classes.
English and Spanish today. Portuguese and French are on the roadmap. Switching language is a single drop-down, no separate instances. Briefings, glossary, and all UI strings translate together.
You can export your decisions and report at any time. Your account is deleted on request, or by default 24 months after the course ends. Full GDPR rights, detailed in our privacy policy.
Yes, for hotel chains and institutions with strict data-residency requirements. We package as Docker images deployable on your private cloud or on-premise, with an annual license model. Most universities run on our managed cloud (same product, no infra work).
Yes. SAML 2.0 and OIDC are supported for institutional accounts. LTI 1.3 covers most LMS use cases without separate SSO setup.
Yes. We can swap colours, logo, brand name, and configure the segment / channel mix to match your group's actual structure. Available on the chain license.
Yes. Data is hosted in the EU, with full audit trail of every decision and intervention, GDPR-aligned data export and deletion, and a Data Processing Agreement available on request for institutional contracts.
Designed with that in mind. The audit log captures every decision, message, and configuration change; the auto-debrief produces evidence each cohort can cite in accreditation reviews. We're happy to walk an accreditation officer through a sample audit trail in the demo.
Direct contact with the product team, not a ticket queue. For institutional contracts we add an annual instructor refresher session and response SLAs are agreed per programme.
Drop us a line and we'll come back with a working session for your context. Direct conversation with the team behind the product. No SDR queue.
